24 maj 2018 · Just made two of these and they were delicious! No issues at all with the baking, rolling and unrolling. I made one with gluten free flour plus the cornstarch and vanilla ice cream and one with cake flour and mint cookie ice cream. I did end up using 4 cups of ice cream per roll, 2 cups was definitely not enough.
