19 cze 2018 · It’s important that you read the manual and follow the setup instructions rigorously. 8 washers in the back and none in the front would be a very unusual setup for the 5A. This is almost certainly why you find them bright.

20 sty 2021 · From what I see in the instruction manual, it uses a line-level active crossover, so the RCA interconnect goes from your preamp to the active crossover in the speaker, then from the active crossover to your main amp via another pair of RCA interconnects.

21 mar 2012 · I used to own Vandy 5A speakers so I am very familiar with them. If you haven't done so, I think you should go to the Vandersteen web site and read the 5A manual that is online. Even though it is the 5A manual, it equally applies to the Model 5.
