To apply for admission to the JD program, you must: Have (or expect to have) a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university before the fall semester for which you are applying to enter the Vanderbilt J.D. program. Register with the J.D. Credential Assembly Service (CAS) through the Law School Admission Council (LSAC).
You may view the status of your application online using your Applicant Status Portal, which will allow you to confirm your status in real-time. After you submit your application through LSAC, you will receive an "Application Received" email from Vanderbilt.

Applicants must have completed (or expect to complete) a first degree in law, or a first degree in another subject plus a 3-year Masters Degree in Law, from a university outside the United States.
