7 lip 2020 · As the primary steward for preserving and celebrating the history of the game, the USGA has expanded its extensive golf photography holdings with the recent acquisition of the Howard Schickler Photography Collection, the world’s most significant private collection of original early golf photography.

The gallery contains images of famous golfers and golf scenes from all around the world including St. Andrews, Muirfied, Merion and Carnoustie as well as golfers such as Ben Hogan, Walter Hagen, Bobby Jones, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Tiger Woods.
