The ONLY way I can prevent Valorant from running over 144fps on window'd fullscreen mode is by disabling FSO. If I don't disable it and use windowed fullscreen, my FPS gets locked to the monitor refresh rate, but with full screen i get 350+.

26 cze 2023 · To boost your FPS in Valorant with the best settings, go to your video settings in the game, go to Graphics and set all the settings to low. Turn off Vsync and, then go to general settings and Limit FPS always to the refresh rate of your monitor to minimize screen tearing.

Try disabling full screen optimization and/or running in compatibility mode. A lot of full screen issues can also be solved by hitting alt+enter a few times. Good luck!
13 lut 2022 · In the current patch, Nu says you get much better latency in Fullscreen mode than Windowed Fullscreen. In patch 4.01, Windowed Fullscreen mode adds a 9.5ms increase in system latency, whereas turning all your settings from Low to High adds just 1.3ms.
