The VIP Portal has been decommissioned and is no longer available. There is a new entry point for VA Loan Guaranty applications called LGY Hub. It uses 2 Factor Authentication (currently through ID.me) to verify or authenticate users for VA systems.
VTA is an application only for VA users. It is now accessed from Access VA instead of the VIP Portal. If you are a VA employee with a PIV card and you have a need for access, please send an email to VTA_Support VRST@vba.va.gov
