Membership Information. The “Spirit of San Antonio” will perform a standard pre-game show, 4-5 different halftime shows, play a vast variety of stand tunes, maintain UTSA traditions, while at the same time promoting a positive learning and social environment for its members.
The last digit in the course number tells you how many credits the class is. For example: MUS 3831 would be 1-credit. MUS 3833 would be 3-credits. WHAT IF I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS? The UTSA University Band includes between 60-80 members and maintains an active 3-concert schedule each semester, performing a wide variety of works written for the concert band medium. Membership consists of both music majors and non-music majors.

30 maj 2024 · (Oct. 24, 2017) -- The Spirit of San Antonio UTSA Roadrunner Marching Band is a UTSA tradition at football games. Now in its seventh season, the band is larger than ever, with more than 300 members. Student leaders say the group’s goal was to get more students involved in the band than ever before.
UTSA Bands. The UTSA Bands encompass our concert bands, such as the Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band, and athletics bands, such as the Spirit of San Antonio Marching Band and Pep Band.
