How do I apply for Work Study? Students can apply for financial aid by completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( FAFSA ) or the Texas Application for State Financial Aid ( TASFA ). If you are a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, you should complete a FAFSA.
