USTA Adult leagues are divided into layers of organization: National, Sectional (Eastern), Regional (Metro), District, and then Divisions. Three levels of rules apply: The USTA League Tennis Regulations (National), the USTA Eastern rules (Section), and the Local Rules (Metro) in order of precedense.
