19 mar 2024 · The USF plans to create the educational specialist in school psychology degree within the College of Education. The program will allow graduates to become credentialed as school psychologists by the Florida Department of Education and become nationally certified school psychologists.
Dr. Michael Curtis graduated with a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1974. He has been a Professor and member of the faculty in the School Psychology Program since 1993 and served as Chair of the Department of Psychological and Social Foundations from 1993 to 2000.
