This is the current Rating Estimator, which uses the rating formulas in effect since June 1, 2017, when the bonus threshold was raised from 12 to 14. This version of the Rating Estimator has a checkbox to select estimating the regular rating of high rated players (2200 or higher) in events at dual-rated time controls.

All you have to do is type in your username and it will calculate the estimate based on a combination of your bullet, blitz, rapid, and classical (Lichess only) ratings.
