16 paź 2021 · I have a wireless Lenovo USB keyboard that is being picked up by my MacBook Pro - ie I can see it when I go into System report and in the keyboard preferences, when I click 'modifier keys' - but it won't 'identify' it, any help here?

8 gru 2021 · From your post it appears you are having some issues with all the keys on your Lenovo keyboard being recognized. Try starting up the system in what is called safe mode. This will help isolate this issue.
Check that the keyboard and mouse are correctly connected and seated all the way in the port. Disconnect all extension cables and switchboxes connected between the keyboard and the computer.
Have a Lenovo Thinkpad, and just got a ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2. Everything works, except my Apple keyboard - this doesnt work in any of the ports. The Apple keyboard does work when I plug directly into the USB port of the Thinkpad..
