This manual provides for training management of C-32B aircrew members. Training policy, guidance, and requirements are set forth for each phase of aircrew training. The phases are progressively designed to develop the mission readiness of each aircrew member while maintaining previously acquired proficiency.
This manual establishes requirements and grading criteria for all C-32B evaluations. Aircrew evaluations will be conducted in accordance with this manual and AFI 11-202, Vol 2, as supplemented. Specific areas for evaluation are prescribed to ensure an accurate assessment of the proficiency and capabilities of aircrews.
