This year, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve each fall on Sunday, when normal closures apply. There are currently no plans for limited hours on Saturday, Dec. 23 or Saturday, Dec. 30. Customers are always encouraged to check with their local Post Office for hours of operation.
6 gru 2023 · Following those holiday closures, Post Offices will be open and regular mail delivery resumes on Tuesday, Dec. 26, and Tuesday, Jan. 2. As a reminder, blue collection boxes are not serviced on Sundays or federal holidays.

26 gru 2023 · Post offices will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11, and the Postal Service will not deliver regular mail or packages on that date. Here are the Postal Service holidays for 2024: New Year’s Day: Monday, Jan. 1. Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 15. Presidents Day: Monday, Feb. 19.
A Post Office is staffed by a USPS® Service employee and has window service hours. Many Post Offices have open, after-hour lobbies with self-service kiosks and PO Box™ access.
