As of August 30, 2024, ADRE has moved to appointment-only for in-person assistance. If you would like in-person assistance, please reach out using our Message Center. 100% of ADRE's services are available using the ADRE Message Center or the Licensee Login.
The Message Center is the Department's best and preferred method of communication and allows customers to submit a question, application, or complaint, directly to the ADRE division that can assist. Licensing typically replies within a couple of hours.
