Call the U.S. Bank credit card customer service at (800) 947-1444. Choose the first option from the menu and enter your Social Security Number. U.S. Bank needs your SSN to locate your application. The customer service rep will tell you if your application is pending, approved, or denied.

4 lut 2016 · US Bank doesn’t report business credit cards to the personal credit bureaus which is useful for keeping your credit report cleaner. You cannot check your application status with U.S. Bank online, instead you must call them on (800) 947-1444.
From my experience, It's normal. I applied for a credit card with US Bank and got the “7 to 10 business days” message; I called to check the status and was denied. I spoke with a representative and was told I needed to fax a copy of my ID for identity verification, even if I have a bank account with them already!
