I recently received an Urban Retreat package spa deal as a gift that included a massage, manicure, pedicure and spa lunch. Since I already get my hair cut there, I was happy to get it. But the overall service was very poor. The massage was average, at best. The pedicure was actually quite good. The manicure was awful.
