On March 14, 2024, the National Association of Realtors® announced a proposed settlement agreement that would end litigation of claims brought on behalf of home sellers related to broker commissions.
You may be eligible to receive compensation if you (1) sold a home during the Eligible Date Range; (2) listed the home on a multiple listing service anywhere in the United States; and (3) paid a commission to a real estate agent or broker in connection with the sale of the home.
