Plug the desk back in and perform the Quick Desk Reset steps a second time. Try operating the desk again. If the desk is working properly, you're done! The sit/stand desk reset is complete.We also have a video version of the quick reset here."
Turn the desk over, Plug it in, Then follow the reset procedure: Push & hold the down button for 30 seconds to reset the desk before use. Add any other items you have for your desk, such as monitor arms. Congratulations! You have assembled your UPLIFT Desk, and it is ready for use! To lock the Keypad, press the ‘‘M’’ button for 5 seconds until the LED reads “LOC”. To unlock the Keypad, press the “M” button for 5 seconds until the LED switches from “LOC” to the height display. NOTE: If a power outage should occur, the Keypad will automatically reset to unlock as the default setting.
If the error message persists after performing the Reset Procedure above or if there is a height difference between the Legs which exceeds 1.5’’, contact UPLIFT Desk at the email address or phone number listed on these instructions.
