You may contact your OCS through email or telephone to confim your enrollment and/or arrange for the claiming of the Form 5 until October 23, 2020 (Friday).
The Form 5 for CAS students under free tuition is now available at CAS-OCS. Follow the instructions below to claim it: Please bring any valid ID. If you belong to Batches 2023, 2022, and 2021, you can claim the printed copy of your Form 5 at the back of the CAS-OCS.
