The reviewer is now available for download at the UPCAT 2025 online application portal. Make sure to have a stable internet connection as it can only be downloaded once. 30 wrz 2024 · We would like to remind you of important details and instructions for the UPCAT 2025 application process: Please complete Form 2A and confirm your Grade 12 students or SHS graduates who took the exam last August 2024.
Interested applicants and high school administrators may visit the UPCAT 2025 portal at https://upcat2025online.up.edu.ph/. Student applicants may download the UPCAT 2025 Form 1, complete it, and submit it anytime between April 15 and May 15, 2024.
All forms for UPCAT shall be submitted online (except for certain regional areas). Applicants shall electronically accomplish Form 1 (Personal Data Sheet) in March 2023 and Form 2B (High School Record) in September 2023, and upload their photo and electronic signature.
