Just go through your radio and find a channel that has a big distance between it and the next. It would be unlikely that you will find something I don't think the phones support FM radio natively. I may be mistaken.
I can find a few sites listing ALL known FM frequencies, or the station names in order, but none of them allow to filter by region. This feels like a simple problem that should already have a solution.
