28 sie 2024 · I'm at the stage on the DS-160 where I have to fill my prior visa number. I have a BCC (Border Crossing Card), and on the form it says there's a 12 digits number on the first line of the MRZ (Machine Reading Zone) on the back of the card. The problem is that there's no 12 digit code.
In the example image, the visa number is MEX004214033. My husband has the same card, but his starts with MTR being from Monterrey.

24 maj 2018 · My fiancee has a B1/B2 VISA / BORDER CROSSING CARD (dsp-150 laser visa). There is no red number in the lower hand side of the front face. The instructions for that particular step say: "Enter the 8-digit number that is displayed in red on the lower right hand side of your visa.
Does the B1/B2 visa apply to this? If so, the follow up question asks what his visa number is. There are several numbers on the card and what I can find online suggests it should be an 8 digit number in red font at the bottom right of the front of the card.
