Question. Picking up a new vehicle this week and the dealer is offering a 48 month warranty on it. Did some look-ups on the group and you don't see much good, but I know that the only people who post reviews on sites like the BBB are people who are angry. Anyone ever deal with the group?
I dropped the car off, drove off in a loaner and the SA would call in about an hour telling me the repairs were warranty approved and when the car would be ready for pick up. They took care of everything, completely hassle free.

9 sty 2020 · I bought the platinum warranty from the dealer when I got my car 2 years ago, have never used it until now. They worked with a local BMW service center and a $1745.65 repair was completely covered minus the $100 deductable. Very happy with the level of service. Date of experience: April 09, 2021.
