    ILogin is an identity verification tool that is required to apply online for unemployment insurance and access your IDES online account. ILogin uses the latest cybersecurity tools to protect user data including identity proofing, strong authentication, fraud analytics and threat monitoring.

  3. Certify Weekly Unemployment Benefits. You must certify for your eligibility every two weeks. There are two ways to claim your weeks of unemployment insurance benefits: certify online via the website or by phone using the Tele-Serve system.

  4. If you previously used a PIN to access your unemployment benefit information through our automated telephone system, you can use that same PIN to access the online features. Your username will be your social security number. To register or log on, click the appropriate button below.

  5. Apply for regular unemployment insurance benefits online. File for Unemployment Benefits.

  6. You must complete this task within four weeks of filing your application in order to remain eligible for benefits (unless your work search and reemployment activity requirement has been waived). See your “New Claim Instruction Sheet” for your deadline date.
