Naaa, they're not scammers. Alot of american car warranty companies have just contracted call centers from the philippines to do cold calling. After that, they transfer you to the american company and an agent from that company will pitch you the whole warranty plan and try to sell it to you.
Current update to this one. Recently may kumontak na naman saken na "digital marketing" scammer. Using the starting digits nung kumontak, it seems like the scammer is from india.
