  1. Go to the My Security Info. page and if you’re not already signed in, sign in with your UMass Lowell (UML) credentials. From the Password row, select Change. On the Change your password page, enter your new password. Select Submit. I am claiming my account for the first time.

  2. Navigate to the UMass Lowell MyPassword website and click on “Change my Password”. Enter the captcha, then enter your current UML credentials. Once logged in, enter your new password then confirm it. You will receive the message “Your password has been changed” once the change goes into effect.

After creating a myPassword profile, you can instantly reset or change your password in compliance with UML Password Requirements.
