  1. ESJ has seven Huddle Rooms which are intended for use by students. ESJs Huddle Rooms are small conference rooms available to all students, faculty, and staff. At least three people must be using the space in order to reserve. They can be reserved two weeks in advance, up to two hours at a time.

  7. ESJ employs UMDPD to do a nightly sweep of the building to ensure it is empty and secure following your event. Custodial staff will be assigned to your event based on size and scope, as determined by FM. (Weekday events may also incur a custodial charge.) C&VS will help coordinate your event in ESJ.
