The Edward St. John Learning and Teaching Center (ESJ) features thirteen general purpose classrooms and nine state-of-the art chemistry teaching labs, complimented by a wide variety of informal collaborative learning and study spaces throughout the building.
ESJ does not reserve space for weekly group meetings or small ad-hoc functions. If your events meets the criteria of a large conference or symposium, you may fill out ESJ's event form to enquire about availability.

Unique spaces for poster sessions and small gatherings to compliment an academic event already scheduled in the building. ESJ’s general spaces are not available for office parties or sit-down meals. Please email esj@umd.edu for more information.
With sign in and out sheet templates, organizations don’t have to reformat sheets from scratch. Templates enable quick generation of consistent records. Staff simply print or display templates as needed.
