  6. The student must create a payer account for the individual that will be paying the bill. Go to Student Financial Services and Cashiering. Click Student Account. Follow instructions to log in with a UMD student account. After logging in, go to the Authorized Payer tab. Click Create a New Account. Follow steps presented to create a new payer account.

  7. Pay by mail: Student will receive an e-bill and may return payment to the address on the e-bill. Non-registered students of over 12 months and non-students will receive a paper bill. You may return the payment stub from the bill and either your check or money order in the envelope provided.
