9 maj 2007 · You can adjust it through your push rod adjustment, and run it in until its tight and just back it off a 1/4 turn, and that should make it grab closer in on the lever. The only thing is, you'll have a bit more slack at the top of the clutch lever.

If you are using an Ultima belt drive, the clutch adjustment is screwy...I am not a fan of these belt drives. They look cool but the parts (as with any Ultima component) are made up a few not so great parts, a few high end parts (usually not manufactured by Ultima) and some cool looking flair.

3 maj 2010 · I have Ultima belt drive. In instruction there is information that springs should be set up to have height 1.250 but for high power applications should be tight to 1.000. I have RevTech 100 inches engine. So should I set the springs at 1.250 height or 1.000 or maybe something between these values.
