25 wrz 2023 · I was recently blocked from shopping online with Ulta. I was told that I was labeled a reseller when I was trying to buy a single item online. Has this happened to anyone else? What are your thoughts about Ulta blocking people like this?
Now I'm completely blocked from placing orders online, I have continuously received the same response from them about why my account is blocked but zero solution other than shopping in store.
How do you find out if you’ve been blocked? Call times are 1+hour wait for me and secure message center/live chat are down. This is crazy ): Unfortunately the only way to find out is to call them. This happened to me in pre-Coronavirus times so it wasn’t as hard for me to get a response.
