DOE will make best efforts to pay the Ratification Bonus as soon as practicable by September 29, 2023, to all eligible employees on payroll (i.e., active status, military leave with pay, and Parental Leave) as of June 27, 2023. The Ratification Bonus shall be pensionable.

5 wrz 2023 · The contract creates annual retention bonuses of $400 on May 1, 2024; $700 on May 1, 2025; $1,000 on May 1, 2026; and $1,035 on May 1, 2027. This annual bonus will then be paid every year on May 1 in perpetuity to all UFT-represented employees.
