Contact LEO. Service Locations. Unemployment Insurance Local Offices provide in-person help for customers with unemployment insurance claims. Telephones and computers are available for those who may not have access to a computer or telephone to file their claim.
Local Offices are open for in-person service by appointment only. Walk-in appointments will not be accepted. You must arrive at the UIA local office at your scheduled time or be subject to rescheduling. If helping someone with their unemployment claim, be sure to have the proper paperwork.
23 cze 2021 · Schedule a phone appointment Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. - 4:25 p.m. Each appointment is 20 minutes. The UIA currently handles about 1,000 phone appointments per day. Sometimes, it’s nice to go to a nearby UIA office or MichiganWorks! Location to speak to someone in person about your Michigan unemployment benefits. There are a number of brick and mortar unemployment offices where you can get help finding work, and get help with your UI application or bi-weekly certification.
