It's a 750RP skin (around 5 euros IIRC) which only changes the model by giving Soraka a banana staff, a fruity hat, and a long dress (yes, it hides the hooves), and it also replaces the crescent moons on her basic attacks into literal bananas.
It goes without saying that both of these skins offer the most up-to-date animations and particles, with both respective Qs and Es giving Soraka that little extra visual flare she has always lacked. These skins also feature brand new emotes.
