20 lis 2023 · Doing maintenance on a 2006 Triton TR-196 Marine Master trailer. It has the UFP trailer buddy hubs (silver in color). What is the correct oil fill level? I can't remember if it's halfway up the window or completely full. Thanks.

5 wrz 2015 · Here is the update to my UFP oil bath hubs. I ordered hub seals and Buddy Bearings from Amazon. Took me about three hours and $100 to change out the hubs and seals and repack all of the bearings. Took the boat to the lake and back and they worked fine. Another easy DIY project.
18 maj 2016 · Two nights ago I replaced the rear seals and bearing protectors on my UFP Gold hubs. I had to do a fair amount of digging and research on replacing these myself, so I'll share this information while its still fresh.
2002 used UFP hubs. They are supposed to be full. 2003 should have reliable hubs. I think the consensus on there is they should be 1/2 to 3/4 full. This thread has some info.
11 sie 2012 · This trailer is a boat mate and was originally for a MOomba. It has trailer buddy axles by UFP gold series, which is an oil bath design. I got home yesterday and found oil all around the tire and undr the fender well.
