The Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections System (BARC) consolidates and accepts payments for debts owed to the University for student and non-student charges. The centralized, computerized receivables system also identifies delinquent debts, and disburses financial aid. Login to BARC.
On August 21, 2023, a new version of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Duo will go live for the UCSB MyBARC application. Parent Users do not need this application. Parents should continue to log in to the Gaucho E-Bill website using their PARENT UserName and Password.
