You may navigate to the UCLA Online Financial System to look up your fund’s A/R account listed in FAQ #4, by entering the account and fund number in the appropriate fields provided. To do so, look up your fund in the system and drill into a detail ledger.

The award outlines the obligations, rights and remedies of the parties involved in an attempt to prevent misunderstandings and litigation. Extramural awards from federal and non-profit sponsors are handled by OCGA.

IRB Approved Research Payment Requests are completed through a combination of the Research Payment Portal on MyUCLA and the MyUCLA Message Center. You can track the status of your request on the Research Payment Portal.

As is customary with universities and other non-profit organizations across the country, a one-time administrative fee is applied to all new gifts, providing essential support to UCLA's overall operation.
