Office 365 (O365) is part of Enterprise Messaging. It is a subscription-based online version of the Office platform that pairs web-based Office applications with cloud storage. O365 has greater redundancy, Office Web Apps, One Drive for Business, MS Teams, and many other features.

How do I log into Outlook for Web using Single Sign-On? Launch your preferred web browser and visit: https://outlook.office365.com. Click on "Sign in". At The Microsoft Sign in page, type your Office 365 (EM) ID in the following format: [UCLA Logon]@ucla.edu (ex. jbruin@ucla.edu) then click on the [Next] button.
