24 sie 2020 · If you forget your password and need to reset it, you would be unable to access your UAlberta email and would need to access password reset information through your mobile phone number and/or alternate email address.
If you cannot use the Self Service Password Reset tool, you will need to call the service desk to have your CCID password reset. You will need to verify your identity by providing information such as your ID number.
