Summer (August) 2025 graduates who wish to participate in the May commencement must apply by this deadline.
4 lis 2024 · Undergraduate students need to submit their Undergraduate Degree Plan Verification form to the Registrar's Office one year prior to the expected date of graduation. Graduate Students, please review the Graduate School Graduation Deadlines page.
Submit an application for graduation online through Student Services. Click on 'Apply for Graduation' under the Graduation heading on the Courses, Fees & Enrolment page. You only need to complete this process once. No checklist submission is required for Degree Completion, Graduate Studies, or ACTS students.
Application Deadlines for Graduation: A student must apply to graduate online through the Pioneer Portal by the published deadline, which is the census date of the graduating term. (See the academic calendar and the Registrar’s website for specific deadlines.)
