We are aware of few issues with the scheduler and sometimes the rooms are not being fully utilised. In this case, perhaps deleting 'Lecture Theatre 1' and then building a new one would reschedule the timetable correctly. Occasionally saving and reloading should help this as well. I hope this helps.
