It looks like an across the board scam with about three "legal service" companies sending these letters out. All of them are using the address of the USPS in their city and all seem to have been registered just a couple months ago.

They identify the company as "Living Stone Furniture & Home" and from what I've gathered online from others, they either say they're looking for a web designer or that their website is currently under construction and that they are looking for someone to build their catalog.
