10 maj 1996 · "Twister," directed by Jan de Bont, is tireless filmmaking. It lacks the wit of his "Speed," but it sure has the energy. If the actors in this movie want to act, they have to run to catch up with the camera, which is already careening down a dirt road to watch while an oil tanker truck spins into the air, crashes and explodes.

Obviously I picked Twister. It's a great movie, with my only complaint being that they kinda wrote themselves into a corner for no reason with how they survived the "F5" at the end. Otherwise it's one of the most believable "disaster" situations with the most likeable characters I can think of.
10 maj 1996 · Fairly entertaining film, TWISTER is a kind of disaster, adventure thriller but hard to describe exactly.. it's basically about a tornado or tornadoes and made in 1996 and stars Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt. There's a few parts in the movie when we see people watching a screening of Stanley Kubrick's The Shining before the tornado hits.
Anyways, Twister is still a great movie. One of my all time favorites and its one of those movies that when you are channel flipping and it comes on that you can watch it no matter what part its at. Plus look at the stacked roster on this movie, peek 90's talent.
