It’s really strong, and that makes it great for a whole lot of uses. Twill tape can be made from cotton or synthetic fibers.
Twill tape can be used to cover raw edges or as drawstring. I bought some recently to use in place of bias tape at the bottom of skirts to hide the raw edge.
