17 kwi 2014 · It's something about how they designed the lift pedal to lift the bike and it doesn't lock securely or something like that. Considering the price from Harbor Freight and the easy fix, I don't think you could drive around and buy the material for what you'd pay for one from them, especially considering all the coupons they always have going.
30 sty 2020 · Actually. there's a workaround for this situation. Use your lift jack to raise the bike, and then transfer the bike to the scissor jack. Obviously, this works best if you can adjust the lift jack so that its raised position is slightly higher than the fully-lowered position of the scissor jack.
