10 lip 2021 · So Op the answer is yes it's a criminal offence to knowingly sell fake goods. An individual who sells a one off thinking it's a genuine item may escape prosecution, but a person selling multiple items can't use that excuse as ignorance is no defence as far as the law goes. 1 2 3.

19 gru 2007 · 3 weeks ago I confirmed my Tesco order and had a fresh turkey crown in my shopping basket, yesterday I went in to add some more bits and after a while I realised that the turkey was not there anymore. I looked for it again to add another and there are no fresh or frozen turkeys available.

16 paź 2011 · 16 October 2011 at 9:43AM. If you are on income based ESA (or indeed JSA (IR), or most means tested benefits), any house you live in normally is not counted as capital. Any house you own that is not your primary residence normally will count towards your capital limit, and if worth over 16K will mean you're not entitled at all.

Seller was insistent on a Sept completion and I was curious as to why sale price wasn't showing up yet. I do hope it shows soon to satisfy my curiosity, even though I secretly wished it wasn't showing because the sale fell through!!
