Maksymalna częstotliwość Turbo oznacza najwyższą częstotliwość możliwą do uzyskania, gdy warunki umożliwiają procesorowi przejście w tryb Turbo. Częstotliwość w trybie Intel Turbo Boost zależy od obciążenia, sprzętu, oprogramowania i ogólnej konfiguracji systemu.
9 paź 2020 · Increasing this number with Intel XTU will increase the power limits of your CPU, and will allow the CPU to boost higher. This will come at the expense of heat and higher fan noise. If you wish...
21 mar 2016 · To reach the highest turbo boost, the CPU turns off additional cores and runs high on one core. That's it. So if you make it run on maximum turbo boost all the time you will lose performance.
I thought Turbo Boost would increase the core clock for a short amount of time. Or that when the PC is not doing much the clock would decrease. Temps are fine - usually between 60-70°C in benchmarks/games.
Rather there is a duration over which the processor can boost above it's TDP (probably the 1 to 2 minutes you saw). With a typical consumer motherboard there is no TDP limit and so you will always have turboboost active unless you're thermal throttling.
23 sty 2020 · Your CPU, under stock operations will clock as low as 3.6GHz under minimal loads (and as low as ~800MHz, IIRC when completely idle and power saving). When the CPU is under load, you should see it...
Most assume it is the length of boost because it is given in seconds and is called turbo boost time constant. It is not the length of the boost. As i said PL2 boost does not have a fixed length but is entirely based on what the average power consumption is.
