6 kwi 2015 · My idea was to build two platforms matching the height of the folded down seats, lay a piece of 3/4 inch plywood across all of that with some padding to hopefully make a level sleeping space. I'm not terribly handy but I thought I'd see if anyone has done this or has pictures so we can get some ideas.

This is a modular sleeping platform design that I've used and slept on with 2-3 people for the last several years. It can reliably support well over 600lbs with no reinforcement underneath and minimal deflection (<1"). Each board weighs about 22lbs.
