The Water and Sewer department manages, operates and maintains the City’s water and wastewater systems. Tulsa’s drinking water comes from two sources: Lakes Spavinaw and Eucha on Spavinaw Creek and Lake Oologah on the Verdigris River. Lakes Spavinaw and Eucha are owned and operated by the City.
